the location worked very near to the metro. food was great and drinks also was great. the hospitality i received was top notch.

the toilet had stains and looked dirty. i do not understand how this is possible for a hotel with this rating. the room felt hot because of the towel heather and it was very dificult to sleep.

The staff was very helpful, especially Marketa, who offered great tips for local excursions. I found the central location ideal as it allowed easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. I found it very well-kept.

The room felt a little too warm for my liking, I think due to the lack of powerful air conditioning (it was unusually hot ).

The room I got, a 'Superior Double or Twin Room Spa Bath', was smaller than I expected. The design seemed impractical. Opening the door nearly had me stepping into the toilet. Its glass walls offered no privacy. The bed cover was also far too heavy for the time of year.
